How much do you charge per hour?
Service rates are $102.00/hr +$18.00/hr service van charge.
Do you charge for travel time?
We charge the service rates while travelling to the site.
How much time should I expect to wait for on-site service?
We respond to urgent service calls, usually within 2 hours. Appointments can be made for non-urgent service, usually within a day or two.
Do you provide emergency electrical service?
If the repair is urgent we can usually be on-site within 2hrs.
Do you provide 24hr service?
We normally are not available after normal working hours unless you have made special arrangements. Emergency service is available 24hrs.
